Beatitudes At Home is seeking a Full-Time Staffing Coordinator  

Position is responsible for independently coordinating high-volume client and staff schedules, corresponding with staff, clients, and their families. Assists in the overall daily operations of Beatitudes at Home in an environment where multi-tasking within multiple software applications based on needs is key. Works well independently and on a team. Track weekly scheduled hours and overtime reports. Create and send schedules to Home Companions weekly. Update schedules daily. This position reports to the Director of BAH.

Full Benefits and 403B with Employer match available after 60 days.

Salary Based on Experience with Referal Bonus opportunities 

Skills / Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma with some college course completion
  • 2-5 years healthcare/home health care scheduling experience
  • Progressive experience in customer service industry
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to competently follow rules, policies and protocol
  • Self-starter comfortable in operating independently
  • Very strong computer skills, 65+ wpm
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Scheduling and CRM Software
